Art of Sauna and Spa – Kingston

Just an incredible experience. All protocols are being followed. The staff is super helpful and thorough. The saunas are fabulous. Everything is so clean. The massage was the highlight. Andrea did a phenomenal job. One of the best spas I have been to till date. Cannot wait to come back.

What can I say? During the midst of this turmoil during the pandemic, a little getaway is much sought after and definitely needed. Our experience with AOF was definitely sub-par. Not due to the aesthetics of the place, but in fact because of the very blatantly unprofessional customer service reps and cleaners ruining the experience for those to enjoy. They are rude, and very inconsiderate. We are paying $42 for our quick '2 hour getaway.' I say quick because we spent half our time waiting outside the saunas because they were overbooked. We felt rushed because of the lineups. The cleaners don't care that you are there to relax, I can assure you of this. If they don't like what you are doing, they will barge into your treatment room, scream at you, and harass you, even if you politely ask them to leave your space. Our encounter with cleaning lady left us with a bitter sour taste in our mouths. We were accused, pointed at, and harassed for something we did not do. In fact, I respectfully asked her to leave us alone because we are there to relax and meditate. She STILL continued to scold us. I politely asked for her name (Rosa) and asked her to please leave me alone and to stop accusing us for something we did not do. Not only 5 minutes later, we had a DESK worker come into the sauna, leave the door open us and SCOLD us more for being rude to the cleaners. My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe it. We were TWICE interrupted, yelled at, belittled, treated with the most unprofessional service ever within a matter of 30 minutes. We felt uncomfortable and on edge because of this and decided we could no longer support a company like this. The customer service reps and cleaners really need to learn how to treat customers. Their behavior was childish, and in fact it left me so disgusted that I will never return. I spoke with the manager and will be reaching out to the owner. They provided an email that doesn't actually belong to the owner, so I managed to get his real email address. We will be reaching out to him. The saunas and atmosphere are beautiful. It's just too bad that child-like customer service reps are running the place.

I have to say i had a very nice and relaxing experience here with a special friend that i went with. Alex (i am not sure if i got his name right) gave me a really great massage. I love getting massages and i am super impressed with how knowledgable and responsive his hands to where the achy parts of my back is. He paid attention and details to every knots and applied the right amount of pressure for a very relaxing experience. Will definitely come back and will gift someone this awesome experience aswell. The spas are really clean and effective. The ambiance is inviting. What a treat and we left feeling refresh!

This place is amazing. I absolutely love the ability to try different types of spas and saunas in one place. There is always one that you really feel like it's exactly what you need. I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed. Awful customer service. Never will recommend this place to any one.
