Following a booking with Nationwide that they took payment for (5 days in advance), and then cancelled with less than 24h notice and no alternative options, Nicky and Gill at Arrow Bradford worked tirelessly to find a replacement vehicle so that our plans could resume as planned. AND ARROW ARE SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPERTHAN NATIONWIDE! Given this level of customer service, these colleagues deserve a very special mention.
As for Nationwide, I've already lodged a complaint, but given the poor attitude to customer service and commitment, I don't anticipate a reply for them.
