I was one of their patient. I have waited 4 months until i get transferred to a specialist. After i have given azithromycin from this gp, my condition got worse and i explained that to doctors as well. They could have done an allergy test but they didn't. I feel awful after what i have been through plus, after seeing doctor to doctor, they did not help me.One of the doctor had to cancel my appointment because a patient died in front of her arms. For this 3 months i came to clinic saw the doctors and been sent away , nothing changed. If Dr Ferguson wouldn't see me as the last one, my appointment for specialist could take up to 2 years. Also after i make a complaint, i haven't had a phone call from the practice manager as well. Note:Have an insurance, pay yourself but before things got worse, do it otherwise, NHS will not save you from your misery. They just pitty on people. No wonder why people dying early. This gp system is a failure in general.
