Great store well looked after to purchase my new car

On Monday i took my car to this branch. I was 150 miles from home and had 2 warning lights coming on. The car was purchased at Arnold Clarks and is still under warranty. I also have a service plan with Arnold Clark. I was disappointed to be only offered an appointment to investigate the problem in 10 days time. Whats the point in buying a new car with the accompanying warranty if it cant be utilised?
