Had to have some work carried out on my car not long after I bought my vehicle. The whole situation was handled very professionally and efficiently and received a cheque in the post for work required within a couple of days. Darren MacIntyre, yet again went over and above when handling the situation and is a credit as well as an asset to Linwood Ford and Arnold Clarke. Thanks again.

Done a service on my mum's car. They treated her with respect and understanding of her lack of knowledge on the subject, which was why I was there. Really good customer service and excellent mechanical service skills! Would recommend this branch to anyone looking to service their vehicle/s. Also if you a lucky enough to be looking for brand new cars and a great range of used cars.

Avoid this place at all costs! Traded in my immaculate 1 Series for an Audi A3. Had nothing but bother with it, a loud rubbing noise could be heard when hitting 40mph plus, the car was back in 4 times, each time being told the issue was fixed however, the issue was still very much present. Their customer service is absolutely non existent, no one test drives the cars after so called "repairs" to see if the problem is sorted. The service girl has a terrible attitude also, no information, no updates and when call to ask for one you're met with an aggressive manner and made to feel you had no right to call. Decided the car was being handed back as had no faith in them, i went to the dealership and waited 1hr 15 mins to be seen!! This was after initially being greeted and told the service girl will come over after she came off her call. 2 cups of coffee, a wee giggle and some hair twirling, the sales chap had to come over and deal with things. After this shambles the manager wanted a chance to "make this right" i accepted. All they did though was a part exchange and offered absolutely nothing to "make things right". I had to fight for them to cover my plate retention and then fight for a full tank of fuel, least they could've done considering i used most of mines previously driving back and forth to them. The next glaring error was they got my finance wrong twice for the A Class i chose after handing the Audi back, more delays and more stress. Eventually i drive the A Class home only to be met with a knocking noise from the back of the car on the way!! According to the dealership this has been test driven and sounded great! Just as the Audi was yet clear rubbing noise, selective hearing... I then get up today to find warning lights on the dash, what an absolute disaster this has been! I took the car to my mechanic for diagnostic as lost all faith in the dealership to fix the issues and was met with 17 faults after running diagnostics! Unbelievable! This place is a disgrace and don't seem to care about their customers after they get a sale. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Found our product specialist Sam Wallace first class no waffle or BS!! Done everything and more to get my wife car in the colour she wanted at no point did we feel any pressure everything professionally handled highly recommended thanks Sam
