Great customer service as always. Bought my last car elsewhere as Phoenix couldn't get model I wanted but I had no hesitation taking my car there for servicing. Cant recommend enough. Breath of fresh air prepared to Arnold Clark.

Great place to visit for car very helpful and friendly staff

Staff were very pleasant and eager to advise. It just does not have the same happy and relaxing atmosphere as it had as Phoenix Hyundai for many years.

Only dropped someone off to collect his car. I had no dealings with staff etc. The place looked very smart is all I can offer.

We arrived at the showroom and was dealt with as soon as possible. Because of my disability they worked on the car immediately to have it ready for lunch time. Mert the sales man sat and spoke with us regarding our next car. Made me a cup of tea, as I came back cold and wet. He is a trully lovely man. And goes over and above to help you . I feel he is worth his weight in gold for Arnold Clark .

Terrible customer service and attitude My mum went in to get service on her i20 for some reason got booked into arnold clark toyota not a problem can be rearranged. Guy at service desk who was sitting in front of a computer claimed he couldn't book it in and to go away and do it online. Could not be bothered helping at all no interest what so ever. A few years ago the handbrake failed on this car resulting in damage to the rear of car. Went in to let them know and see what situation is as car is under warranty and at time 10 months old. Service manager came out and launched a tirade of snide condescending abuse while quoting sections of the highway code like some sort of rambling lunatic. Couldn't have been nicer when selling the car but any interaction since be it reporting a fault or a simple service has been painfull. Hyundai uk really need to have a word with the manager of this garage the car itself is great but the customer service and dealer experience is terrible. If you want a hyundai please go to one of the other dealers and not hyundai Arnold Clark linwood
