A few months ago i went to see a Mercedes Benz when i was taken to the car the battery was flat, fair enough i came back 3 weeks later... the nice young man ( the product tester) took me out for a test drive. i was happy with the car then i got back to the showroom only to be told they were not giving me finance as the car was too old (2008) . to me it seemed as though someone else has their eye on it and they didn't want anyone else to purchase.

Sales person Chloe was also a great help in advising me what car to get, made the process a lot easier. One of the product geniuses, Gavin? I think his name was, was a great help too. He really gave me the run down on the cars I was looking at - 5 star patter as well

Sales person and sales manager were superb. Had agreed to buy a car but when i got there I did not like it. They were very understanding and did not pressure me into buying it. Did their very best to find me something suitable and spent hours doing so. Will return if same personnel involved.

It's very nice sale man to sell my car. I'm happy the price, we sold the car. I sold the Mercedes Benz A class, they check the details of my paperwork of car and V5 logbook.

Another trouble-free experience buying my new car at Arnold Clark on the south side. I'm a regular customer at this branch and, despite there being a number of staff changes, the service is always friendly, honest and efficient. Special mention for Dale who provided excellent advice on options and ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process.

Walking in the door I was treated with respect, where I was guided through the process from start to finish ensuring I understood all the details.
