Very straightforward from booking the van online to collecting it from the store. Even though they were the cheapest from the company's I looked at, the customer service was friendly and I couldn't fault the van! They even gave me a bigger one at no extra cost!

Rented a van for the day. Excellent rates. Van was in great condition. Rented online picked up van at their premises, all paperwork was ready and in-order when we got there. No time wasted. Same excellent level of service when we returned van.

Rang the day before with confirmation details. On the day the lovely lady was so kind at explaining when I hadn’t driven an automatic before and I had an anxiety attack (so sorry haha!). On drop off I was in a rush to get the train back and petrol pumps had electrical fault so they filled it up and rung me back to take payment. Car was immaculate. All staff very polite thank you :)

Really happy with the service and car check, definitely value for money, although disappointed car wasn't cleaned! 😔 Would recommend using though!

Used the York branch when on holiday and own car broke down. They were the company who had a car available the quickest and at the cheapest price. They gave us a better car than expected which was brand new off the forecourt, picked us up from the station and even gave us the names of several local garages to get our own car fixed. The staff were really friendly and professional throughout. Could not have asked for better service

Very easy hiring process with excellent customer support between online booking and pickup. The van was clean, easy to drive, and not bad for fuel consumption. A very positive experience. I would recommend this for van hire based on my experience.
