Took a dual control car out to give my son a bit of practice in between driving lessons. I reserved the car over the phone to make sure we got one. There was a bit of paperwork to sort out when we first arrived, then we were off! The whole process was handled efficiently, and I thought the price was very good, especially as we got 2 hours for the price of one with a young Scot card. I though it was also worth £6 to reduce the excess to nil.

Very long waiting times during pickups. Waited more than 30 mins because it was s Sunday I guess. Other than that, cars are clean and reasonably priced.

Arnold Clark completely let us down. We walked with heavy backpacks all day in the rain and finally made it to the rental location after the rental side closed. The sales side was completely impotent and disinterested in helping us and the front desk person had no interest or ability to work with us. She called to another location only to say they didn't have the inventory. Now we will take our business elsewhere.

I always get first class service

We booked via Celtic Legend which got us a good deal. The Arnold Clark Car Rental itself offered a really good service. The wait was short, staff was nice and professional and the car was in a perfect condition.They didn't have the car we booked so they gave a nice free upgrade. We had the full insurance so there was no deposit. The location is also really good, we were able to get out of the city in no time but it still has a good public transport connection to the centre. We would definitely rent a car here again!

No one answered the phone, tried for 3 hours to get through to servicing, asked for a manager call back, didn't happen. Didn't repair faulty tyre that was letting our air. Arnold clark used to be good. Also very expensive cheaper with local smaller garage for repairs

Car in for service. Professionally done. All contact with staff was excellent.
