At what was a stressful time with moving into our first house, the last thing we needed was any more unnecessary hassle. Thankfully the van hire from the Arnold Clark Paisley branch was second to none. From collection to return, the process was easy and efficient. Van was practically brand new, drove like a dream and was more than enough for what we had to do. Would definitely recommend, and will absolutely use the service again.

BEWARE: LYING THIEVES AT THIS LOCATION. Rented a vehicle in the city and returned at this location 90 minutes before our flight, with the understanding that they had a shuttle service to the airport. Knowing they had us by the balls, they all of a sudden find scratches and dents that they claim weren't there before (despite the fact that we'd picked up the car at a different location) and when we argued, they made it clear that they weren't taking us to the airport until we signed paperwork taking responsibility for the socially 'damaged'. We were literally held hostage as the airport is almost ten minutes away by car and they are in a business park with no access to public transportation. Despicable the way they treated us, and the driver who took us to the airport was a particular lowlife who went out of his way to drive as slow as possible to make sure we didn't make our flight. Didn't even drop us off at the right terminal, just said that was as far as he was going. AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS AT ALL COSTS!!!

I booked people carrier online while I was on holiday in Dubai when we arrived at Glasgow Airport we were delayed at the luggage reclaim and there was long queue at the passport checks but kindly the staff at the Arnold Clark were very friendly and called me and directed me to where the shuttle bus was waiting and even though it was past their closing time they have been patient with us and made sure I received the vehicle I can’t recommend enough and will definitely use again. Nice place to rent a car. Renting was quick and car condition was good. I recommend it.
