I don't like to recommend anyone but I really have to give a big thank you and shout out to the people at Arnold Clark. From being picked up at the airport through to the collection of the car was brilliant. Attention to detail and a friendly guide to the paperwork and the car not to mention the importance of insurance. Returning the car was just as painless and with the car being checked it was signed off. We were on our way being taken in the courtesy minibus to the tram station. Attention is made to ensure everyone is safe with covid measures. There is complementary tea and coffee a children's area along with a setting area. A big thank you and will look to use you again in the future.

This is by far the best car rental experience I’ve ever had in the entire world! I don’t know how they do it, but the whole experience from start to end is amazing! The service during pickup was above and beyond. It was so quick, seamless and informative! I think I also got an upgrade! The car was so clean and brand new looking. The return experience is shocking! The lady inspected the car and even offered to drop me off at the tram station! I really wish I didn’t have to return the car because I had a terrific experience around Scotland and I don’t know when I might be able to experience this again! I hope the people working here know that they made my trip to Scotland amazzzing!
