I have severe anxiety about dentists due to a previous bad experience & let my tooth problems get out of control. I lost front teeth due to my negligence & was afraid to go to another dentist due to shame. After 10 years of pain I had the courage to try again & i'm glad I did. Paul was not judgemental at all and never spoke about my past stupidity, only what he/we could do going forward to solve things. He went at my pace, all treatments were my choice including being referred to hospital to get my worst teeth removed all at once under GA. All fillings were done very sensitively, stopping if I was getting to stressed at any point. I now have a partial denture & can smile for the first time in many, many years.

Absolute butchers! Female dentist is incompetent, callous and undeserving of the title "dentist". Went here for an extraction, under recommendation from a friend, and ended up going to another dentist that to finish the job, after the dentist at this place leaving me in a terrible state. Be warned, these 'dentists' and staff are unprofessional and inept.

I only get my teeth checked here as I have braces under an orthodontist in the city centre but the staff are always lovely. My daughter has been coming with me for more than a year to this practice and she's not frightened of the 'magic chair' or the 'shiny light' or the lady 'with the funny accent'. She's not intimidated by any of it and I think this is really important to a parent - taking your child to a dentist can be daunting especially if you're one who has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but it's a necessary thing. My husband has fillings, smoker's gums, the works, when we started going to this practice he needed a clean and he bled tons but the staff were so patient and polite, so kind and gentle with him. They told him how to take care of his teeth in a way that his previous dentist hadn't before. The dentists, dental nurses, reception staff at this practice, they all genuinely give a damn. Even if they've just been ratted at by the previous customer, they actually physically take a deep breath, and carry on because they realise you're a brand new person not like the one before. They all treat you with a stellar smile and they really know what they're doing. :) :) :)

Rip off! Just visited here and had to pay for an extra checkup that had already been done! Needed some filling doing and previous appointment was cancelled due to Covid-19. Taken several months to rebook and when we’ve got here they’ve said we’ve got to pay for another checkup now, even though when we booked the appointment, they specifically said we wouldn’t have to do that. It’s only £23 but it’s not the point. Feel completely ripped off

I am petrified of visiting dentist after visiting this place. Injecting gums with empty syringes and doing extraction without X-rays on teeth with huge roots putting me in shock. The dentist is never really a pleasant experience but this place put me off the Dentist for Life! AVOID IF YOU CAN!

I took my 7 year old son this morning, he is such an anxious boy and he was worried about going, he had absolutely nothing to worry about the staff here were incredible with him they made him feel so calm and at ease they talked him through everything they were doing and it was a breeze for me and him, can’t thank you all enough. Thank you

I have seen the negative reviews but I would like to say that my experience at this dental practice this morning was a good as a trip to the dentist can be. Both the dental nurse and dentist were considerate, efficient and friendly. Thanks to you both for making my visit as well as it can be at the dentist as no one likes having their teeth done.
