I’ve never felt so discriminated in my entire life, the manager claimed his name was Aaron or Arron a white gentleman, he was ok and spoke to me with manners but initially I was approached by this brunette , white women with a light grey faux coat on who assumed I was trying to Walt’s in after my friend was paying for me to get in and out because I was one of the most sober one in the group I was making sure we were all together and she was beyond rude I have never in my 4 years of living in London had this treatment and the so called manager didn’t want to give me her name . As a black women I left in tears ! This s the first & last time I will come to Manchester!

Been before wearing various trainers. Wasn't allowed in one night because of the 95s I was wearing . Utter bs considering I've been in there before wearing them.

DON’T COME TO THIS NIGHTCLUB if I could rate -5 stars if I would, how can a bouncer who’s probably never worn heels in his entire life shout at a girl and grab her by her arm hurting her as if she was a criminal just for taking her shoes off to try and find a seat cause her feet hurt and the material was cutting into her skin she could’ve fallen in those shoes and seriously hurt herself, a girl will not take her shoes off unless she absolutely can’t take it anymore and knows she can fall, the bouncers are sexist and probably racist too none of the other bouncers even bothered to listed to her they just treated her like trash when she was literally begging to be listened to you can’t blame her for having a panic attack after a man who’s 10x bigger than her verbally and physically attacked her for simply protecting herself as if she was being aggressive when she was literally willing to put her shoes back on but only when it was safe to do so which is sitting down away from the crowd he could’ve easily just calmly pointed her in the direction of where she could sit down instead of being such an unprofessional aggressive sorry excuse for a bouncer that is 100% not suited for the job and neither are the rest of the bouncers they were all rude and apathetic what if her heels actually accidentally broke and she couldn’t put them back on? She’d be automatically kicked out for that too? After she paid her own money? Oh and let me not get started on that cloak room where it’s £3 per item where literally every other club even better than this one will put two coats on one hanger absolutely ridiculous disgusting people and judging by the other reviews I am not the only one that has been through a similar situation and has the same opinion about this horrible place they all managed to ruin a girl’s awaited night out where like many other girls just wanted to be happy and feel pretty with her friends and get good memories your bouncers have no idea how to treat people specially the bouncer on the first floor on the night of the 21/06/19 you all should be ashamed of yourselves, if you’re looking for a sexist racist club with unprofessional bouncers that are gonna go off on you for stupid little things then you’ve found it and nothing that Ark could reply to this review can change my mind or contradict what I said because I have other witnesses, SHAME ON YOU In response to the owners reply your bouncer was actually more dangerous for verbally and physically attacking a girl there is simply no excuse for that keeping her shoes on was also dangerous she could’ve fallen and hurt herself or someone else and she was also telling him that she was going to put them back on she just simply needed to sit down to again avoid a nasty fall there is absolutely no excuse for your bouncer’s behaviour period goodbye

Atmosphere is sub-standard. Bouncers and some other staff are awful, completely spoil the night. Don't go, loads of better places in Manchester.

Didn’t let 4 of us in because we were male. They made the excuse that it was “student night” even though we were students. With regards to the owners response, we were completely sober, the security guard had a look at my friends ID and said "not today lads" and when we asked why, he replied with "I don't need to give you a reason". Another security guard then claimed that it was "student night" but even with our student ID's, we were turned away. Also, no where on your website or at the venue did it state that it was a student night ....

Nikola is my fave shot girl she is so kind and I bought loads from her I can't wait to see her next week shes loads of fun to be around , a real gem to ark. Nattaya was also very nice , super manager that looks after her customers very well and cares for her staff. can't wait to be back. x

Ok so we waited an hour and 15 min in a queue, then we reached the point when u join the second queue and my friend didn't wait until the bouncer told to go, so the bouncer threw him out for being too drunk and me with him because I was his friend and I had a bag. So first of all, he wasn't drunk and me having a bag could be solved easily. The way they treat people is just horrible. Have never seen anything like it!!! Mo respect for customers, they literally don't mind me standing there for an hour.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted!! Would not recommend this place to anybody. The bouncer refused entry to our friend for looking young even though he had legitimate I.D. this is discrimination! The poor lad has a complex already so this does nothing for his self esteem. If your face doesn't fit well.............

Great time coming here and excellent service

Pretty decent club, just like a small pryzm. The bouncers are actually sound, especially the tall one with the cool hair. 3 different rooms with all different vibes and cheap drinks (£2 on the night that I attended) However I warn you to not buy from the shot girls. They approach you every 5 minutes or so which is their job tbf. The issue is I watch them sell shots to people then go to the next man and use the same glasses over and over. I heard a rumour this happened before I went there but didn't believe it until I witnessed it. All in all I would say try it out but do not buy shots.
