Well, all I can say is don't risk purchasing this extension tower from Argos... we had a tv and two consoles plugged into it, so nowhere near over using it and it was always turned off when we weren't using it... yet this evening this happened... I don't blame Argos, I just want to let others know so the same doesn't happen to them! Thankfully we caught it in time!

Isobel from Argos Shipley was very helpful. When i had bought my netball she then asked me kindly whether it needed pumping up. Now that is super thoughtful and meant a lot to me - that she'd serve me as a customer no matter how small the ask. It is the little things that count in customer service and makes people comw back!
