Very good massive store, has plenty of stock and it’s easy to get to with the huge car park etc. It’s great to get your orders delivered to if it cannot be delivered to your door.

Popped in to your store today to buy a laundry basket. Wasn't sure of size but young man opened it to show me. Also lady on tills was very pleasant. Excellent customer service. Thank You, I will be back.

I went in today to buy a washing machine. Everything was sorted out quickly and well. Very friendly customer service. Love it. I Always have a positive experience in this store. Friendly and polite staff. Always helpful and efficient.

Been to town today wasn't too busy in argos but had to wait while to be served as the guy serving was being extra helpful to the old man in a wheelchair, he was really lovely to him and explained his product in detail.. Well done you. Then we were served by a lovely lady who also went out of her way to serve us. Really lovely staff today

Very rude lady called Karen. Did not try and help me and insisted my booking was wrong. Another lady came to do it and it was perfectly kind. Bad customer service and no attempts to help me at all. There was also no apology.

Brilliant service. Helped me get all of my purchases into my car and couldn't have done more to help.

Twice I’ve ordered and twice the products have been damaged. Not good enough.
