I would have given it 0 stars if there was an option. The staff here are absolutely rude and unprofessional. The manager Mark especially and his staff need to retrain in customer service. Ive worked in retail for over 20 years & no way have we ever treated our customers with such disrespect and accused them of lying if they genuinely had a complaint about a product purchased from their store. Not admitting that there may be a possibility that the product was faulty, instead insinuated that we were lying to try and get a refund. So disappointed that a big retailer like Argos employs incompetent staff who have no people skills. Handing customers a phone number to complain to and just walking away without bothering to resolve the problem. Such a shame as I have been a loyal customer of Argos for more than 25 years. You have unfortunately lost my custom. Not that I think this manager will be bothered to be honest. No wonder there will be a number of Argos stores closing soon. It's having the likes of staff like these running their business for them.

Bought a dishwasher one month and a half ago. 3 attempted deliveries failed, only told us on the day when we were waiting for it (we don't live in the house that had to be delivered, not even in the same town). Excuses including "we didn't load your dishwasher in the van" and "we have lost your dishwasher". The 3rd delivery failed didn't even had the decency to give us a phone call to tell us. Not that cheap if you have to waste 3 days waiting for end up asking for a refund. Absolutely outrageous.

Shocking customer service at this store and Argos general. Returned a item within 1 day of purchase due to being faulty or not as stated in description at this store. Manager refused to refund and told me to contact the manufacturer directly. I asked manager to put this in writing which he refused hence I started to record video on my mobile phone and asked him to repeat his refusal to refund. Shockingly the manager became violent and grabbed me and tried to take my mobile phone from me where I had to pull myself away from him and the manager told me to get out of his store and never comeback. Consumers need to be well aware that 1) Argos do not replace or refund anymore, unless item is unused and sealed . 2) The manager at this store is "Violent" so beware. 3) Argos will be going bankrupt sooner than we think ! I would suggest you to stay away from Argos.

Outdated concept.. I can order things online from the comfort of my home and have them delivered. Why would I want to visit a big shop to look through an electronic catalogue only to find that most of what I want to buy is "unavailable, only available online" or only the most expensive items are " in stock" The one thing I almost bought, thankfully I decided against buying .. I found a better one Half the price online and the item was delivered three days later. Sorry Argos, but I think it's time you went the same way as "Blockbuster video".....

What a disappointment and heart break. Business about trust if trust is gone you lose that customer

Nipped in today to purchase a 4G Router, Becky served me and I was delighted to be greeted with polite friendly professionalism. A true ambassador for the company. ARGOS, you have a trainer/manager there, use that talent as others will benefit here.

ZERO stars. Online and in-store have no communication. Deliveries delayed. No-one gives correct info on when to collect which my first order wasted 2 trips to them. Amazon, Curry's PC World and other places that have done right by me 100% will FOREVER now be my places to shop in future. Argos LOST a customer and I see it going the way of Woolworth's and Debenham's!

Bad customer service, asked a member of staff, if i could look at an item (Ninja airfryer) before I purchase , yes they said, so the box comes out, they girl said we can't open box as we can't resale it and we can't put the package back properly 🤣🤣😂.. so yeah thanks for showing me the box, it's was too hard work for you., please give ppl that do want/ needs a job or close the store down. Not paying £100 so you can't be bothered to do your job and me ending up with something that is too small.
