Argos cardiff

Great at quiet times, busy and it's a nightmare, same with parking, disabled parking is very limited. Some staff haven't for a clue but, most are good. Their delivery service is good too, they may charge but, you have to spend the energy getting there anyway.

During a recent visit to the argos talbot green store, I was appalled by the disgusting customer service by a girl called bethan, on the jewellery counter, I'd forgotten my glasses so wrote the wrong cat number down, so instead of helping me, she proceeded to serve at least 3 other customers to which even one of said customers apoloziged to me, for getting served before me. when I said I'm not waiting any longer, this bethan girl merely shrugged her shoulders not caring one bit.

Not my local Argos. I had an item reserved so just had to pay at the till. Staff were pleasant and friendly and my order was ready before the estimated time. The store offers the usual quick pay stations however I can't give any Argos 5 stars because they still do not offer contactless payments.

This my favourite argos because although it's usually fairly busy. The staff are fast and very efficient meaning your waiting time is minimal. Also having shopped here for many years they are rarely out of stock, and if they are you can expect them to get your order post haste. Excellent customer service. :).

I purchased a Samsung mobile phone and Sam (Talbot Green) was most helpful in setting up my phone to be compatible with Giff Gaff. The service was first class and her assistance was most appreciated. Many thanks once again Sam for your help.

Great service from a young man called Matt on Friday afternoon ,very polite ,very knowledgeable about the items that I was purchasing,gave advice about the nectar card .Great service from this young man .

Helpful staff always quick to help and serve.

Though not many were there when I went...with the layout of the store I felt very safe...staff was very helpful!!
