Not even worth 1 star. Terrible customer service. 3 members of staff on shop floor just standing around talking no care for customers at all yet only 2 customers in the shop . Very rude when I wanted to enquire about 2 watches . Not helpful at all all wanted to do was take my money and let me leave . When i asked about taking a link out or 2 one of the older ladies said to the younger ones have you got time to do it. Felt very uncomfortable in that shop and the younger one just said that i can take it out my self and ended talking 1 out then expected me to just take the other 1 out my self . Appalling service need to retrain staff in customer service a lot more .....

Awful Service ! Avoid ,Avoid,Avoid!! I bought a computer, I went home checked computer and it had a problem so I took back to the Same Argos store I bought a computer from after half an hour. With my bad luck I had to deal with this person call himself a manager !The manager named Martin refused to exchange the computer for me and told me to prove that it does not work. When I told him to plug it and try it - he “said he has no time to try it and now it’s My Problem if it does not work” What the hell is it? Is that a customer service in Argos? Or is it unprofessional person called himself a manager without any skills or training ? He said “in this country this is how they treat the customer “ referring that to me because I’m not English born I think this is a racist person And he also said you can complain to the head office he doesn’t care ! He also called for me a police!!!they have Never turn :( Terrible customer service will never recommend this store to anyone And his manager called himself Martin should get sacked

Sometimes due to the size and nature of product being purchased it can take a couple of days for the product to make it to the shop. But all aspects about the shop are all good.

Attentive staff, who swiftly dealt with an unpleasant incident involving another customer. Have more stock than you would think. This store often has what I have ordered, whereas the larger one in the retail park does not.
