I have visited this Branch of Argos many times . I usually am served by Michelle . I wish to say Thank You for her wonderful help and extensive knowledge on your stock.

I went this morning to ask a few information about something I needed to buy online , and I received the most horrible , rude customer service ever. This old blond lady at the till was just unbelievable arrogant. ( I mean if you don’t like your job just change it! )

Bought a watch, despite telling the sales assistant twice that I didn't want the 3 year warranty, got charged for it anyway.

If they do not have in store you can order for pick up next day

There’s no customer service, you can’t see item before buying them, nobody there to guide you through the purchase process and you can’t even call the store. Loads of plastic, no sustainable materials. Basically the emblem of consumerism, individualism, depersonalisation. Very backward. I wouldn’t recommend.

I'm dont understand why this store is still closed and every other store in the uk is open. Has it closed down or what. It's coming upto Christmas now and argos is the go to shop for people to do their Christmas shopping.
