The admin staff are so professional, effective and efficient. The medical staff from doctors to nurses are so caring and helpful. Definitely the best practice I have come across. I highly recommend them!

Truly awful. Even though it's so close to my house I'm leaving for another practice. It's nearly impossible to get through to reception. Sometimes I've had to call 16 or more times. If you do get through, appointment are typically 3 weeks or more ahead and each appointment is with a different GP, who is typically indifferent and intent on getting you out the door as quickly as possible. The place should be shut down.

This practice is a disgrace, it's massively overbooked. It's 3 weeks wait for an appointment, standard. I have been going for 30 years and it gets worse every year. I usually have to resort to getting one of their doctors to sign off on private medical treatment via insurance as they are just not interested in solving my problems.

Unfortunately I have had to use the practice a lot more in the past five years because of poor health. I have been treated well by all members of staff. The receptionists always try to help me, the nurses are kind and caring and the doctors who I see or talk to on the telephone have always solved whatever problem I have. I try to manage my multiple illnesses the best way I can by taking responsibility for ordering medicines and blood tests in a timely fashion. Well done to everyone. Thank you.

The way this practice operates is unusual to say the least... I've never felt the need to review somewhere before, but thought it would be useful so others know what the place is like if they are thinking about registering. I had registered with the practice before the pandemic and was waiting to be called for a blood test when I noticed the reception phone ringing for around 10 mins, during which, the receptionists were happily talking to each other instead of answering. This happened a second time and they put down the phone as soon as they answered and started laughing. I thought it was strange. A few months later I had the pleasure of ringing to try and book an appointment with a GP and no one picked up for 15 mins. A receptionist eventually answered by shouting - "*their name* speaking, what do you want?!" and I replied asking if I could book a general Dr's appointment and they just said there's no appointments and hung up abruptly... I didn't even get to say anything other than I'm ringing to book a Dr's appointment. I wouldn't of minded a phone call appointment or anything like that either. Is there a special secret way you have to contact them to get a Dr's appointment. Did I do something wrong? Do they not have Doctors... All these questions I will never get answered as I have since moved to a different practice down the road.

I'd never recommend this surgery, never had an issue with any doctor I've seen but the reception staff are horrendous, it's either that are so busy and pressured that it's making them horrid, or they are just horrid.... Am gonna change after today's debacle...

Rang to book a doctors appointment with Ardmore. Told there is no doctors available today and to ring 8.30am tomorrow. Find it odd that you can't even schedule an appointment for a future date/time with the receptionists anymore. They are getting worse. Seriously questioning why I am still going to this practice....
