My Daughter has been at Archfield for 6 months now and loves it. In her own words 'I like it Nursery ... Garden fun'. Starting nursery can be daunting for both children and parents, and I have found the staff to be very supportive both in general and around specific areas like weaning my daughter off her dummy and potty training. For me the big positives are the outside space, equipped for, and used in all weathers; and the way each child is welcomed warmly by staff - even those from working in different parts of the nursery. Overall I get a real sense that the nursery's policies and practices are focused on the children in their care.

This is an amazing nursery. My little girl started there at 4 months and there's no way I would have left her anywhere else when she was so tiny. The staff are all really friendly, going out of their way to speak to all the parents and make you feel like its a family. The care they provide is outstanding, the children are happy and loved. They are sensible about illness. The rooms are clean and the facilities are good with lots of good quality toys. They do many activities to celebrate different cultures; I feel she is getting a great start in life. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I agree with the bad review! Extremely overpriced to pay for a nursery that has staff with bad attitude. Paying for private childcare you would think manners would be thrown in with the price? I think if they have to get staff to write a good review to try to claw back from a bad review left by a genuinely upset parent, it is a poor show. I would not recommend!

Left my son there for 1 day many years ago and was appalled at the poor care given. The response to my concerns were that I was an anxious mother and hadn't settled the baby in properly. I was shocked then and now 8 years on and many child care experiences later with my other children too, I can still say that comparatively to all other experiences we have since had, this still remains a shocking experience that I regret deeply. The thought that my son was left crying in a cot until he lost his voice still haunts me and I can't imagine the negative impact on his development at such a key time. The staff appeared to give no thought to the impact their actions had on such a vulnerable baby. I remember at the time they told us to take down our google review. Again worrying as if you have nothing to hide then you shouldn't fear honest feedback by genuine reviewers. To try and delete negative reviews is to deny people the right to read all experiences.

Unequivocally one of the worst, most overpriced and unprotect nurseries this side of the UK. Constant speak of children being left unattended and screaming crying, appalling attitude from staff, and sheer disregard for the feelings of the parent. My opinion is to stay well away.
