I am at the moment in the middle of a massive complaint against Dr Tim worthy of Arch Healthcare. On two occasions he has left me screaming in pain by continually and repeatedly under prescribing painkillers that have been prescribed by my neurologist. The most recent occasion he cancelled part of my prescription without ever notifying me so in agony I went to the chemist to collect my normal prescriptions but he had stopped them and hadn't bothered even to tell me. This is total contempt for patients. At Arch healthcare they risked my Life by not updating their notes and prescriptions which meant when I went into A&e suffering a massive heart attack they misdiagnosed it because arch healthcare hadn't remove one of the drugs from my prescription list they said when I went back a second time if I have been one hour later I'll have been dead solely because of Arch Healthcare. I'm certain that they have done some great work but one of their doctors is seriously lacking and treats people homeless with contempt.

I can’t thank staff and doctors enough for the help they offered me after my daughter died in August 2018. She enrolled with Arch Healthcare just too late for them to give her the help she desperately needed - a day before she took her own life. Her previous doctor in Horsham did not recognise her worsening depressive symptoms - Arch Healthcare doctor did. After her death, they spent over an hour talking to me and giving me much needed support - and I wasn’t even registered with them!! They deal with homelessness and mental illness on a daily basis. Far more than the MHTs and Emergency out of hours mental health teams based in Brighton!! Arch Healthcare should be recognised as a gold standard when it comes to treating mental health issues. If any MPs are reading this - take note! I can’t thank them enough - the only ones who stepped up to the plate when it came to my daughter’s inquest. Thank you. Margaret Winter
