Dropped in again to have the water from our pool checked after some major down pours and having to let water out. Ben is brilliant and really explains everything that I need to do, new pool owner. The best advice and service and plenty of support to get the best from our pool. Highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jack did all the plumbing and electrical work for our pool pump and was fantastic. Professional friendly helpful and answered all our questions. Came to Aqua service to get our mineral salt. Lisa was helpful and helped carry the six bags to the car. Lisa also answered more questions and gave me some advice. Anything to do with my pool and I will be coming here no matter what. A truly professional team.

Initially I requested that my pool be cleaned for my recently purchased house. The service was done when I was not there. Afterwards I was advised that the pool needed a new Chlorinator device (the pool is about 3 years old), advice which I accepted. The pool was NOT cleaned and remained quite dirty. We then had bad weather for about 2 weeks rendering the water in the pool filthy. About a week later another service agent came and installed the new chlorinator . The older chlorinator was removed without my permission and I was given a quick and basic run through on managing the chlorinator (none of which I can remember). Nothing was done to clean the water or the sides of the pool. Roughly 2 weeks ago I sent an email advising that I was prepared to pay the $1300 for the new chlorinator upon return of the 'removed' chlorinator and the cleaning. The company acknowledged my email and advised they would respond. I have heard nothing since. I consider this type of customer care unacceptable and I cannot understand the lack of reasonable service. I hope it is not indicative of their normal practices. Recently I posted a unflattering review of my experience with Aqua Service I am happy to advise that this company has done the right thing and spent time making sure that I could utilise the new Chlorinator. I'd say they went the extra mile and I can heartedly recommend them now. Thanks to Cameron, the boss and Jack who made sure everything worked out. Thanks guys.

Tim and Ben went out of their way to help us return our pool to pristine condition. Fantastically knowledgeable on water problems and the ensuing treatment. A very well stocked Pool shop with the lot. Totally recommend.
