Probably the rudest company I've ever made an enquiry too. I was ask for prices for various services and they sent back a pic of leaflet. No hello. No thanks. Nothing.

After arranging with this company the day before someone was to pick my laundry up first thing around 9 it's now 10.10 still no one has turned up and although its showing open no one is answering the phone this is a disgrace . I did explain at the time that I would be using there service a number of times a week . So now I have decided to take my custom elsewhere and I hope in future people who read this does the same these sort of companys do not deserve to be operating

5/ 5

I have been using this place for several years and the service is always first class . Stevie is always so welcoming and happy but his greatest quality is his honesty. The last week I was in I had left £40 in one of the jeans pocket. He placed it at the bottom of the bag for me and before christmas I had £80 returned to me also. What a guy , the business is so lucky to have him. Keep up the good work.

Have used Aqua for some time and always happy with the service but now it is under City Laundry Services will not be back. Absolute waste of money. 1) Clothes handed in for dry cleaning clearly not even touched, still same condition as when left. 2) The management quote prices and then change these when you arrive for collection.

Brilliant service great wee guy behind counter very helpful a delight to chat to. Helped me used the machines and dryers. Had to nip out for a bit and when I got back he'd neatly folded my clothes for me. Gucci service I highly recommend
