Doesn't deserve any stars!!!! They LOST the two EXPENSIVE shirts I gave them for dry cleaning!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Never removed the stains nor cleaned properly, rude staff and expensive.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner with expertise, someone who can preserve and renew your favorite wardrobe items, if you wish for polite service with a smile, if you seek quality and value, and if you desire a customer first attitude and a recognition of loyalty, LOOK ELSEWHERE! In doing business all over the world, having lived in countries around Europe and in the US, and staying in hundreds of hotels where I have experienced every level of dry cleaning quality, this has to be the WORST service and the most DESPICABLE manner in which I have ever been treated. As my parents live close by, I tried this dry cleaner and deposited a navy suit for cleaning.. one of my very best suits. When I returned to pick up my suit, it was no longer navy! It was a light blue. It was apparent from the smell that this dry cleaner uses a rather cheap solvent and had successfully ruined a Tom Ford suit. This has never happened in all my years of global travel and yet here at Aqua Clean, the incompetent staff managed to destroy a designer piece of clothing. Obviously not content to stop there, a tie and overcoat that I had also given in were both destroyed, the tie being given back covered in creases where the silk had been compressed, as if the tie had been ironed at home using a domestic iron, and the overcoat was covered in a fuzz all over the surface and as a new feature, had loose threads from multiple seams. To compound all of this, when I asked to speak to the manager who reluctantly came from a back room, he aggressively confronted me, started swearing telling me to "f**k off with the designer clothes" and claimed that he had received the suit, overcoat and tie in that condition. When I turned to a lady colleague who had received the clothes from me to ask her to confirm that the clothes had been pristine on receipt, he said "Don't be rude to my staff. And I told you to f**k off already". If you seek similar treatment, both of your clothes and person, do visit Aqua Clean. I am currently considering a Small Claims Court action against this dry cleaner who is foul-mouthed and incompetent. As a postscript, I also note that this business has undergone several healthy and safety investigations and incurred a number of breaches (hse.gov.uk)

Poor service! Have complained but got a negative response back. Would not recommend or go back.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. They have ruined my £315 hat and my £425 top and they even claimed they washed my shoes when they still have dirt on them and still smell like they have been used out. She even tried charging me £16 and held me hostage in the store with my items. Now they are refusing to pay their damages

Littlebit costly then others, but we have to pay extra for good service and conveniency

Don't go here if you value your clothes. They recently ruined my wife's expensive silk blouse by washing instead of dry cleaning it and now it has permanently faded it. Will never go there again as they are criminals who won't take responsibility for their mistake
