I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. After being given the hard sell, we were assured that we would get our planning permission and the company would handhold us through the process. We found out we had objections before them, chased them, a promise of a new plan was given and still two months later not a single response. We have had to call and chase on many occasions and had nothing back. Happy to take our money but not happy to actually manage this! AVOID!

Doors fitted some years ago, however, one of the runners broke just as we were out of warranty. Very expensive to repair, no breakdown of costs supplied and payment up front insisted upon. Not terribly impressed

5/ 5

An excellent job. Apropos completed a large install with some very complex aspects including a curved glass link. There where a few snags a couple of months after then install, however I found the after-service to be excellent and the problems were addressed quickly and in a very professional manner. I would personally like to mention that Amanda, Ian and Paul who did an excellent job.

A four months project resulted in a two year nightmare during which the extension had to be demolished and rebuild. It caused a huge amount of stress and disruption to our life. After four years, there are still issues outstanding. I was promised "a service and quality that no architect can provide" and was bitterly disappointed. From my experience I cannot recommend this company. I would recommend to stay away from this company.

As a project manager for a construction company I would highly recommend NOT using Apropos. They are one of the worst organised and useless companies I have dealt with. A 2 day installation has so far taken a month. Their team turned up without bolts to fix the structure together and left us with a leaking structure which still hasn't been fixed...
