Short-haired lady shouted at me instead of explaining why she wouldn’t serve me when they’re meant to be open 24 hours.. everyone else there is nice but that was a terrible rude interaction so I’ll avoid coming again.

Yesterday I hired a van to move my possessions to Yorkshire. I stopped at Applegreen to put fuel in the van before heading north. After doing so I was unable to get the van restarted. I approached the staff member inside for help and he went and got Steve, the Manager. Steve immediately went through a series of checks with me to help problem solve the issue. When he was also unable to get the van started he assured me that it was no problem for the van to be sat there until the AA arrived and offered me free coffee. He was helpful and supportive in a very stressful time and I couldn’t have wished for better customer service. I highly recommend Applegreen Gloucester Road.

Don't tell anyone but this place actually has Salt and Vinegar Discos. Shhhh.

Excellent Applegreen store, cheerful staff and no sign of any mobiles.

This garage and convenience store is very good for items including hot/cold beverages.It also sell’s petrol that is safe in older cars.The new E 10 Type is not suitable for older cars so it’s highly recommended that E 5 is used ,this garage has it unfortunately it’s premium and more expensive but safer for your car.A lot of outlets are only selling the new type and over time it will damage your engine.This is outrageous there are a lot of older cars out there and to change the fuel in this way is simply wrong.They want all older cars off the roads and this is how they are going to do it. A lot of people are oblivious to the changes and damage it can cause to a engine.The world has gone completely nuts.When they are still allowing bonfire night with thousands of fires burning god knows what and fire works that produce Plumes of smoke. I just think something is not right and large amounts of Hypocrisy.

A reasonably price fuel station on the way into the center. Has a reasonable size shop open during day.

Handy and local. Like the fact they are and supports green initiatives. Very nice car wash service actually self service provided. Unless it's frozen ....lool

Constantly cheap fuel prices, (only beaten by Asda, and occasionally Tescos). Half price car wash, (when you buy fuel), that is acceptable, but not great, (though better than most drive throughs), when it is working, (which isn't often). Friendly staff, and decent enough shop for a petrol station.

Functional enough and no need to queue for a pump most of the time. Not the cheapest fuel however. Shop is ok for snacks and motor oil and de icer and ready mixed car screen wash. And it has a car wash , which I've have not used to date.
