Great service! I had to stop in to get my phone repaired while on vacation. I dropped it and it was non functional. The only problem was that I had to get on the plane the next day to go to my next destination, which didn't have an Apple store. They squeezed me in at the very last minute of the day. Thank YOU so much for understanding my unique situation and not allowing me to continue my 17 day trip across the UK with no phone.

Abysmal staff with about as much customer care as great white shark! Apple "Genius" staff could not help me after waiting for an hour after my appointment was supposed to commence. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going there for anything.

Offering products at the top of the market price-wise, trying to be the Maserati of technology, sad the customer/aftercare service is the equivalent of a dodgy used car dealer. Prices are rising and customer care is dropping substantially. I had an absolutely abysmal experience in this store.

It's an Apple Store - so well put together with plenty of bright young folks to help you out. I got there at about half-eleven, so the lunch hour rush hadn't started. Collection of my item took about five minutes, during which the Applee did his best to engage me in conversation. Easy to find, not the biggest store in London - so not suffering the usual interminable queues.

I liked very much this place big, more than enough staff everywhere, professionals, they are well trained, helpful and they can find solutions either in their branch or another.

Yes it’s popular, wanted to buy my daughter an iPhone 11, queue was huge. So went to John Lewis to get one and they’re out of stock. Online is 23 day delivery. The staff were helpful and it’s not their fault, but people were just browsing, I literally wanted to go in and out.

Hello, I wanted to say a big thank you to Vlad and also to Liam. My experience with Apple was great, I was looking to get a new iPhone so made an appointment beforehand, Vlad informed me very well on the product also very kind salesman. I came back to pick up my new iPhone from the express stop and then went to the Apple store again where Vlad kindly helped me get set me up and introduced me to Liam, who I basically had a one to one with regarding an iPad presentation he was doing, but he helped teach me some new tricks that I could apply to my new iPhone as well:) Anyway, both great assets to Apple, credit to their profession thank you again. 😊
