Very disappointed with the service here so far. Took my watch for repair 3 weeks back. I received email on 5th September that I will receive the watch in 1 or 2 days. It has been 2 weeks and I did not receive anything. I went to the shop 3 times and each time I was told I would receive my watch "probably tomorrow" and I would be informed about the status. However, I received no communication regarding the status of the same. Yesterday, I decided to put in a complaint and spoke to the Store Manager only to be told that they will place the order today. I fail to understand why nothing was done for two weeks in spite of the fact that I visited the shop 3 times and was assured of delivery the following day. Had expected better customer care from Apple.
