The staff where brilliant at the Genius Bar, very helpful and patient. I had to visit to have my iMac sorted as it was not running right. No problems they finally sorted it out. I cannot praise the staff enough, I have been an Apple customer for a long time now and always been extremely satisfied, I will continue to shop at Apple. Many thanks for all your help.

They say they are genius gurus, I say thieves. Went to repair my phone and was advised to swap it for a new phone as it’s un repairable. I just reset it and worked perfectly.

Poor experience at the genius bar, rushed to get there for an appointment, told to sit and wait and then had to ask again when i would be seen to. 20 mins later somebody called me over (incidentally one of the members of staff who had been stood around doing nothing for the past 20 minutes!) and they inspected my phone and within seconds told me it was water damaged and they wouldn't even open it up to test or try and repair. The phone cost £1k and was only 18 months old and also advertised as waterproof. For the first time in years i think i may be moving over to Samsung.

Helpful staff but the item we wanted was £20 cheaper in John Lewis so always best to check first.

Very busy day today! Long wait to see colleagues, about 25 minutes. Think maybe need more colleagues trained up in more products? Very helpful colleague explaining Ipad to help select which model would suit best. (Shame no black Friday deals though.)

My experience was great, the staff were super nice, especially the lad who helped me (unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he reminds me a lot of Marques Brownlee) he was a star. So helpful and friendly. He wasn’t pushy or fed up at all. All staff was under so much pressure as it was extremely busy, but they all were very professional.

Really fabulous service from a lovely gentleman called Roger who has only been in the job 2 weeks. Compared to experiences with my network provider it was 100% more efficient, friendlier and stress free. Store was busy but I didn’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommend booking rather than turning up.

Everything was brill, can't quite remember which guy we got served by but attention to detail is not something we experienced. Purchased a 'fast' charger and cable only to find out the cable is the wrong one. Would have appreciated just a check of 'are you using this wire for this charger adapter'? but obviously we were just there for the sale.
