Love the service. Props especially to Scottie who never fails to go out his way to give us the real Apple experience. In my honest opinion...No other retailer will accommodate a customer like this! Made friends with Scottie Muir in store and just know if ever need advice or help with buying, i just need ask in store. Great service.

5/ 5

Smart looking shop selling top end devices and accessories at top end prices. Staff are always helpful and competent. However it can be difficult to get into an apple shop even to browse in these ‘pandemic’ days (unless you have already booked your space on line or if you’re lucky at the door). There’s no doubting that Apple products are lovely but there is a superiority about Apple customers and the brand which can be annoying to the extent that Samsung users hate anything Apple with a passion 😂

Weird. Very weird. Nice try at reinventing a concept called shopping that has been pretty successful since forever. If it's not broke, don't fix it.

I'm an Android and Microsoft person, i.e. an adult. However, one of my offspring wanted an Apple watch for Christmas, so in I went. What a crazy shop, place empty but I still had to book an appointment?? Anyway, once I was in the place some sort of witchcraft happened and I was talked into donating my entire life's savings in exchange for a watch, which turns out isn't even edible. The weirdest thing was that a woman employee of the shop appeared behind me with the watch I was talked into BEFORE I had even chosen it......... not sure if this is a siri feature. I'm sure they could have given me a bigger bag to take my purchase home, perhaps not though!

Advised by Apple Care to call in for a walk-in appointment when the store opened to fix a 3 month old Macbook. Unfortunately the store staff were too busy and apparently walk-ins are only available if they have nothing else to do. In addition they said it would be unlikely they'd be able to fix it anyway. Had to settle for a scheduled appointment 2 days later. All in all a complete waste of time and fuel to get there.

Worst shopping experience ever. Make an appointment. Stand at a table and wait for a sales person. No prices. No information about the hardware. Just a shop filled with 12 Apple workers doing very little.
