Amazing service from all the staff at Apollonia! I had the pleasure of being overseen by Dr. Valerie. From the offset, Dr.Valerie was patient, informative and very helpful. She took her time discussion the options with me and once my decision was made, my follow up appointment was not weeks away; which was my experience from other clinics. The final result was amazing and I am over the moon with my new smile. I couldn't recommend Dr.Valerie and her team enough. Apollonia will be my permanent dentist moving forward. Thanks team

Dr Valerie Ottati has seen me the past 5 to 6 months for my fast braces and yesterday I had them removed. I couldn't believe the results after having twisted teeth and overcrowding I never thought I'd have a lovely smile with my own teeth. Dr. Val really did go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and I wouldn't trust anyone else to no near my mouth again Prices are great the girls are great and they have truly changed everything for me in only a few months. I couldn't recommend them more.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m not particularly scared of the dentist but both dentists Dr Paola & Dr Valerie shown real compassion and care towards me. There was a short time scale in which to straighten my teeth for my upcoming wedding and there was no hesitation of if it was doable, they were positive throughout my treatment including when a tooth move didn’t go to plan, it was no problem to them sorting it a different way. Highly highly recommended if your nervous or if you just want great service!!

Fantastic! After a long period of ill-health combined with an extreme dental phobia from my teenage years, my teeth were in shocking condition. Dr Valerie, Dr Paola and the team were kind, compassionate and patient throughout my extensive treatment. I dreaded my first consultation as I was so self conscious of the condition of my teeth but Dr Valerie made me feel so relaxed and assured me she'd seen worse, from then on I've never felt any apprehension on my visits. It's an absolute pleasure to see Dr Valerie and the caring team at Apollonia, they genuinely love their profession and it shows every time I visit. Everyone compliments my new smile. If you have a dental phobia, this is the place to go. My past dental appointments always ended in tears because of my phobia, my present appointments usually end in tears ... of joy, I cannot recommend Dr Valerie highly enough!

This dentist is faultless. I came to Apollonia nearly 3 months ago to straighten my teeth. Dr Valerie was so welcoming and has made me feel comfortable right from my very first appointment. Considering I used to hate the dentist, I now enjoy it. I will not go anywhere else, even if I do live in North Wales.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and have nothing but praise for Melissa and her team. In particular, regarding recent treatment I received, Melissa talked me through every aspect of my care. She was exceptionally kind and caring throughout and nothing was too much trouble. She is incredibly patient and I am delighted with the results of the procedure. She is supported by an incredible team. I highly recommend to all, especially those who find attending the dentist a nervous proposition.

First, it's expensive. Secondly, they love unilaterally changing or even cancelling your appointment. I made one a fortnight ago, and just the day before my appointment, they cancelled it without even telling me the reason, with their phone line dead. The next day when I managed to give them a ring, they told me the dentist was ON HOLIDAY... This is NOT the first time indeed... I'm really not happy about this, but I must say the nurse there are very nice

I rang to book an appointment and was told my consultation fee would be £95. I was a little shocked as this being by far the most expensive fee I've been quoted so far in Liverpool. Not that the money is an issue for me as I'm paying for private cosmetic dental work. When I question the the fee, saying I've had 2 others from £25 on another on Rodney St and £50 at the dental spa on brunswick St (refunded same day) the receptionist said "maybe go there if you can only afford that price"!! How rude and condescending. Again money is not the issue. We'll guys you've just lost thousands of pounds income from me and everyone else I tell of your practice in future. Oh and please retrain your young miss on customer care and service.
