Decided after putting up with lots of muscle pain due to orthotics I booked in to see Shane....... all I can say is why did I wait so long..... great communication, professional with a friendly easy to talk to manner. Highly recommend Shane ! Walked out of there feeling taller and 24hrs later I’m reaping the , albeit tender, benefits of my body wanting to align properly. Do yourself a favor and book in, money well spent !

I see Shane for pregnancy massage once a week. I honestly believe that the regular massage and stretching from the beginning of my pregnancy has prevented me from experiencing a lot of the discomfort and pains that my pregnant friends have told me they're suffering. While they've had to stop exercising and seek chiropractic treatment and acupuncture, I'm still able to do most things I was doing pre-pregnancy in my third trimester. I highly recommend preventative treatments, especially because I can claim it on my health fund.
