The manager Adam has been nothing but amazing with me these past 8 month, the amount of effort and dedication he has shown me has been absolutely motivating!!! Not only has he fit me in on short notice for pt sessions but has also outsourced extra help for me with things like a nutritionist and physio etc, without the support, encouragement and drive from Adam I know I wouldn’t have stuck with my fitness journey!! I cannot recommended this guy enough!! He has made a feel so comfortable coming to the gym and I have never felt more confident going in each day. If you want results go see this guy!!
