Well. The shipping for my order was quick and free, so that was nice. My main issue is this: I didn’t know that two of the prints I received were newspaper prints. (news hasn’t changed much since 1877, if you were wondering) The prints were wonderfully packaged and in great condition (despite being rather crudely cut out, yikes) but the prints themselves… er… newspaper quality? What can I say? The paper is thin. One of them is trying to sell me life insurance on the back. (£1 annual payment for 14 years, sounds like a deal) Another thing! (useful to buyers) one of the prints (a diptych on a single sheet) was listed as £7.99, but then at checkout it mysteriously doubled because it was “for two”. Like a fool I thought, ah what the heck! treat yo self, amiright? You get what you pay for. (Who’s gullible? me. I’m gullible) So did I just unwittingly spend like £30.97 on two old newspaper clippings? Yep. Was its worth it? Nope. And it definitely wasn’t obvious from the pictures. I suppose it's not an obligation to disclose that information but I do feel a little cheated. Oh well, a lesson learned about buying online I suppose! Back to my usual print shop I go. Where my prints aren't on newspaper. TLDR; I'm giving them 2/5 because it would’ve been nice to know I was buying NEWSPAPER CLIPPINGS for THAT MUCH MONEY. So yeah.
