I have never written a complaint but had to I went in just before Halloween to purchase something quickly as I couldn’t find an outfit and was told if it didn’t fit I could return it, I tried it on and it was too big so put it straight back in the box I then went to take it back and the women who had sold me it looked at me and shook her head at the women I was talking to she then said the box was too damaged to return. It is in perfect condition the fact I even need to email Ann summers to try and return something and they can’t see any issue with it and why the ship didn’t take it is a joke the online customer service is good but can’t believe the shop won’t be going again. it is not really the money I’m bothered about it’s just a wait of time so don’t purchase something if your not sure

The floor staff are lovely however the manager is the rudest woman I have ever met. I have never written a complaint before but I cannot believe her disgusting behavior. I have no idea how she hasn't been sacked. Love the products but will not be going back whilst she still works there. Outrageous how rude she is to the customers!

Last Thursday I went here with my partner for a bra fitting. The lady who served me was lovely and helped me feel relaxed being topless. 😁 The bras I bought are very comfortable and I've had no problems 😂

Visited here today. Nice selection of lingerie. I thought I knew what I wanted from the website prior to arriving however seeing the items there in real that idea was out the window! Staff today both girls extremely helpful.

I have nothing good to say about this company had underwear bought as a gift didnt have a reciept they wouldnt replace it even though I had worn it once such crap quality it snapped first time I wore it ive emailed three different departments above this the customer service is none existant ive had better service in primark
