I've never bought anything from them, but I've had to deal with their sales people at the door on multiple occasions who disrespect the sign asking not to knock, and they always insist they have the right to do it anyway for one dishonest reason or another. The fact they start their lies before you even start to discuss windows with them ensures I'll never be buying a thing from them.
