Anglia Cleaning Ltd cambridge

Awful. Anglia cleaning sent two people to clean our house. There are 4 rooms downstairs and 4 rooms upstairs. In the time they allowed, they cleaned less than half of the kitchen downstairs, and said they cleaned all of upstairs. The cleaning was done to a poor standard: some bits that were cleaned were not cleaned carefully. Upstairs they left cobwebs, dust, dirty sink, dirty windowsill, not hoovered behind furniture, didn't clean the toilet or under desk...the list goes on. I stated I was unhappy with the service and asked for a substantial refund but they were unable to offer any money back. They have now stopped responding to my calls.
