What a find! I could tell from his very prompt reply to my e mail enquiry that he was a friendly person; I have met him today and he is a super guy. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Andy - he took such great care with my plain woollen carpet and from now on, he will be the only person I shall have to clean my carpets
