Poor service and unfriendly staff. My wife left an item to be repaired; after she paid, she checked and it hadn’t been done. After a dismissive apology they did fix it as she waited. After giving them a second chance she put some blazers in to be dry cleaned and the items barley looked touched. if you’re after good service and a smile just don’t bother.

Dropped off my waistcoat, went to collect and wasn't happy with the results so they did it again to perfection and even dropped it off to me at work. Very happy customer now I will be returning soon.

Left a suit to be dry cleaned over the weekend and to be picked up on the Monday at 9am. When I arrived in time for the arranged pick up the shop was still closed. I found out later it was because the man supposed to open the shop had forgotten which day he was supposed to come in, and so only arrived half an hour later after the owner had to be contacted. Unprofessional service that nearly made me late for a job interview, and I only got an insincere "sorry".

absolutely awful do not waist your time. 5 times turned away when I tried to get trousers repaired being told we are fully booked whilst two ladies were sat down doing nothing behind the counter. Taken 3 pairs of trousers in to be dry cleaned and on collection had to give them back as they had not been cleaned. Go anywhere but here if I were you as the service is appalling!
