Always an excellent service here - quick turnaround, items looked after, very nice to deal with.

I've had good service the dozen or so times I've used this dry cleaners. Been able to get fast turn around when needed. Free parking directly outside, and two free car parks within a minute walk, one each side. Spoke with store staff - were pretty blunt about not being interested with improving this listing so feedback may go unheard.

Brought in expensive Ralph Lauren jacket, Andrew’s completely ruined it, had to throw it away. Only comment from them: we followed the rules. No warning that this may be difficult beforehand, no remorse or offer for Compensation after. Will never go there again. Now going across town to Wash and Sew. What a difference in competence and service!

They do alterations, but when I brought my jeans in to make them shorter they have asked if the new desired length has been marked. I said no and I will need their help with that. Surprisingly they said they don't do that here. I was shocked and left. Shortened my jeans at home with thread, needle not even using a machine, something I haven't done before, but at least I have a new skill. I will never return to Andrew's.

Do not use for wedding dresses - took months and months and was returned back minus many beads on the front, without them saying anything about it. Rectified now but I recommend you do not take the risk with any valued items
