Andrews Lettings and Management Southville bristol

Everything was pretty good with these estate agents when buying my new home. However I wouldn't let them refer you to a solicitor-they advised me to use a service called Andrews Home mover, which put me in touch with a (not great) local solicitor whilst effectively charging a substantial amount of money for the privilege.

As someone who is but a huge fan of renting through agents I found Andrews north streat to be very helpful , friendly and made the moving process as easy as possible and would recommend. Lisa was fantastic and found us a home and landlord that suited us for our little family and it meant we could stay in an area we love. My only snag would be the fees are quite high but you do tend to get that across the field regardless of the agent unfortunately.

Very friendly accommodating (excuse the pun) staff. They were very helpful and worked well on our behalf to ensure our needs were met and that we met the Landlord when we got the keys. Have kept in touch since to see how we are doing. Recommended.

We were left to wait for ninety minutes for a viewing and the estate agent never turned up. In the end the gentleman supposedly was at the property but his phone had died. His colleague at the office told us he was on his way, erroneously, and never gave us a callback after we had continued to wait fruitlessly. No proper apology, not good enough.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a flat & called in at the Southville branch for advice. Not only were they all very helpful but managed to find us a place which suited our needs very quickly so we were able to move in within a matter of weeks. Overall, we were very impressed by the Lettings team and were grateful for their efforts in securing us a home.

Moving from Norwich it is quite daunting having to buy in the Bristol area where the market is extremely boyant and competitive. I went into the Southville branch today to have a chat about the local market and get a better understanding of what is around. I was provided with the following, knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach from the women that work in the office.

Andrews have been extremely professional and responsive throughout the process of purchasing our home. There were many unforeseen hurdles along the way, but Emma (Andrew's Customer Support Adviser) really went above and beyond to make sure we were always informed on how it was progressing, and was constantly communicating with third parties to ensure the purchase was as smooth as it could be. We really appreciate her hard work and we can't thank her enough, as without her the purchase would have been far more difficult to complete.
