My partner and I were really struggling to find a place, and Andrews were so helpful. We now have a lovely flat. When shown round by Diego he was lovely. They can be difficult to get a hold of but when calling or visiting them they are super helpful, and they will do anything to help you or put you at ease. Big thank you to Lorna, Diego and Dan for all their help.

Great service! Me and my partner were struggling with our landlord, as soon as I mentioned this to their agents, Diego & Dan, they offered advice and explained how we can claim our deposit back. Excellent service from Diego, he was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. He made sure that we were aware of everything that was happening with our tenancy and we cannot thank him enough, he definitely went the extra mile for me and my partner who recently started renting . Would recommend to everyone! Thank you guys, you were amazing.

Poor customer service. Had a leak in the house that was reported, and took 3 days to get a plumber. Ceiling was ruined so was the carpet. I had replaced carpet and repaired ceiling but was never reimbursed. Toilet flush broke but never got repaired, then made me pay for it after leaving the property. There a loads of issues with this company. Very poor service and very foul languaged employees. Stay well clear from this Company.

Never return emails or calls, constantly saying they’re going to do things and never doing them. Extremely unprofessional and I would avoid at all cost.

Andrew’s were great with helping me source and get the flat I’m now renting! It was a really smooth process and the agents were great with communicating every step of the way! All very friendly and great to talk too!
