I recently used Anderson transport, based on reviews and some word of mouth and I have to say they were magnificent from the short notice I gave ( 2 weeks for a house move) to the move itself , they were all very polite, professional and cheery. They offered advice on making it easier , most importantly everything was handled with the utmost care and arrived in perfect order. Very reasonable rates. Genuinely , they made the move a joy . I would highly recommend using them.

Graham also rents out this camper, and it is amazing! I booked online (found via FB), and Graham answered all my questions daily. The deposit was transferred back to me the same day I returned the camper! Great service, and the camper is more or less brand new! It comes with everything you need, cutlery, pots and pans, already filled with water and gas. Graham took his time and walked me through everything I needed to know about the camper and how to operate it. I had never driven one before so that really helped figure out what was what. I could also leave my car in his garage so that when I returned the camper I had my car ready to go. You really don’t get any better service! We are 100% coming back, this time for a longer Europe trip! Many thanks Graham and see you soon!

We chose Anderson based on the positive Google reviews and were not disappointed. The guys were very professional and did an amazing job of moving all our heavy furniture. A big difference from some of our previous movers is that they clearly cared about doing a good job, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - we will definitely use them again!

Superb customer service from Andersons: professional and very helpful throughout, and quick to find solutions, e.g. the use of their storage facility when the moving date was delayed, with everything fully insured in transit and storage. Their team took great care in loading the items to ensure they were properly protected by padding, blankets, wrap etc.

We contacted Anderson transport through a recommendation from a friend and were extremely happy with the exceptional service we received. Very professional throughout the move and ensured we were happy at all times, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Flexible and friendly with the customer really at the centre of their work. Our family had to COMPLETELY clear (and clean) a flat in Edinburgh, everything from teaspoons to large items of furniture, Graham Anderson and his team helped and supported us with an emotional house clearance. Anderson Transport provided a punctual, professional and polite service and remained in communication with arrival times. They also offer, by arrangement, a superb deep-cleaning service, everything was hygienic, sparkling, smelling wonderful and ready for the next owner of the flat, we would highly recommend their services.

Booking: my initial query and follow-up emails were responded to very quickly indeed. Arranging a suitable time and day was easy and they were instantly flexible when I had to make a slight change late on. An invoice was sent within about 30 minutes of my request and payment was confirmed equally promptly. On the day itself: Staff arrived early and had a great attitude from start to finish: courteous, professional, efficient, dedicated and business-like. They were really well turned out and gave the firm impression they were part of an excellent company and team. They anticipated little problems (e.g. explained there might be some dust from the floor protectors, asked if it was okay to briefly step outside the rug to put something in place etc.) and were completely switched on to what they were doing. They observed physical distancing and wore face coverings etc. Overall: Really impressive outfit. Absolutely first class. 5 stars and the highest possible recommendation.
