Andaz Singapore – a concept by Hyatt – lake district

Had the most wonderful stay at Andaz this week! Room was really spacious and clean, with stunning views. Sound-proofing is amazing. It was easy to book the pool, and request for any miscellaneous things like ice. Room service was very fast too. But what won me over was their top-notch service; every staff was very proactive, even if they weren't the designated staff you were looking for (e.g. I needed a plaster after I checked-out, but weren't too sure where so when I asked this staff who were in the lift with us, he very quickly helped me out with it). Food-wise, get the marbled potatoes from Alley on 25. They were so good, we ordered it for room service a second-time. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Room quality was top-notch, Room service was excellent, came back each day to flawless sheets. There was a blackout in only our room, but that wasn’t a major problem. The buffet breakfast is amazing, the egg was just right. We had fun throwing leaves off the side of the infinity pool onto the street below, and got poolside dinner of fried rice. Things weren’t too far away either. I’d recommend.

Stayed a night for my wedding anniversary! Room was clean and nice though a bit small, but stylish and functional. Only wish that they did something as I indicated the occasion, but I understand it's non-obligatory, just would have made the experience nicer! Had an issue with the toilet lock but the guy who came to help resolve it was superbly kind and nice. Breakfast was good!

Fantastic modern hotel with luxe furnishings. F&B, complimentary items, facilities and services are all up to expectation. Had my stay and it was delightful. The staffs were all helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and well designed. I hope the management will continue upkeep the hotel in great condition for many more guests to experience the best of Andaz.

Definitely a place to go to!!! Very professional in all its dealings! Their staff is very friendly and their amenities are kept clean all the time! Also, I get to eat at 665, despite not booking. Cos their staff kept a look out for meas I was on their waiting list! They call to check if I had dinner, and ask if we are still open for dinner at a certain time... All in all... 10 stars rating!!!

Totally an amazing experience!! The Hotel and Amenities were top notch. And we have been served by amazing staff. Wanna specially highlight Adrian from when we were checking in and Scott in charge of the pool area. My partner and I were the first time in Andaz and he served us with exception. He also went the extra mile to give is a room with exceptional view despite not asking for it. We were very impressed. Scott was also a very engaging staff and went the extra mile by helping us take photos without even asking. Seems like the staff here could read peoples mind hahaha. Really had a wonderful stay. Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Staff for an awesome experience. Must go!!

I am very satisfied with my last 3 stays at Andaz. The service staff is always very courteous and they usually try their best to fulfill the needs of all their guests. I love the modernity and cleanliness of the room. Check in and check out process is also seamless and hassle-free. Even though there might be long queues at times during check-in periods, Andaz has staggered the timings to ensure sufficient safe-distancing and that there isn’t overcrowding. Thumbs up.

Great value for the price! Not too expensive but service was still good and rooms clean and modern. The pool area was a little crowded but overall a nice experience. We came too early to check into our rooms but the concierge was nice enough to let us store luggage until we come back later and night. Overall great service 👍

I spent 2 nights at Andaz and the experience was amazing. The room was huge and comfortable with a great view. Good selection of channels on the TV too. Breakfast was wonderful, quite a good selection. Enjoyed the pool as well. Gym was a bit small though, but the rest if the hotel more than made up for it 😊
