I have purchased on 3 separate occasions from this bed company in Oxford. The main salesman, Patrick, is always a pleasure to deal with and his brilliant product knowledge means that we bought a bed that is comfortable and works for us. We did buy previously from a supposed "bed specialist" (I won't say too much but a better name for them could be "nightmares"...) and we bought the wrong bed - the salesman sold us the most expensive, which just wasn't right for us. After about 6 months of rubbish sleep we went to see Patrick. We bought a lovely mattress and also bought a bed frame and we were delighted. Delivery was also excellent - no waiting around all day - we were given various options and none of them worked - (we both work) - so Patrick delivered the bed himself after hours, assembled it and took all the packaging/rubbish away with him. We have gone back in recently and bought a guest bed as well as a dressing table which matches our original bed frame. I would recommend if you want really good service and a decent sleep Is important to you!

Visiting the Oxford showroom is a five star experience. Patrick makes the choice of a mattress enjoyable, taking one's time, trying everything, and without the slightest pressure from him. The large range of beds really helps in making an informed choice. Delivery is superb. Even lugging an extremely heavy Tiara mattress up a spiral Cotswold staircase was a challenge met with good humour!

First class service exactly as it should be and rarely is, Patrick the owner is genuinely friendly and knowledgable, and not at all pushy or 'salesman-ish'. Having shopped extensively for a mattress with natural fillings, and thinking a Vispring was out of my price bracket, I wish I had simply visited here first and saved myself hours and hours of research and being subjected to the hard sell by big retailers. Highly recommend. PS: They have a carpark!

Really excellent quality of beds and furniture, very sturdy and beautiful woodcarving, but most of all a great person advising you and selling it. Patrick is genuinely interested in helping you further, and finding exactly what you want. We are delighted with our bedroom.
