Zoom classes are excellent. Myself and my wife have made a big effort to keep our lessons going through the pandemic and came across Ananda. The tuition is well planned out and progressive. Definitely worth a shot and we will be there for reopening!

Never having done yoga before and not being the smallest or most flexible people I was terrified back in September when I started. Anna is so lovely and welcoming, you never feel pressured to do anything and every class you can just do what you are capable of. Yes there are people who are lucky enough to be able to balance and bend but if you have your hand on the wall and can only lean rather than bend that's fine with Anna she just wants you to enjoy it. I often go to classes two at a time doing two hours rather than one, it really helps as only out one night a week instead of two and the classes flow on from each other so you are able to do a class like hot yoga then chill out in yin yoga they really complement each other. All the instructors are lovely I've never felt out of place, the studio is very chilled out and its just a great way to spend one or two hours to yourself I'd thoroughly recommend it. Beginners can go to all classes you don't need to go to a specific beginners class Anna and the other instructors will welcome you with open arms!

Had a great experience visiting the studio. A warm welcome on entering the studio followed by a very accomplished class. This small studio has a good feel about it and is well worth a visit if you are in the city. A great addition for Middlesborough. I will be back.

Ananda wellbeing is a beautiful studio - it has such a calm and serene feeling. Anna is a wonderful teacher; she takes her time to listen and understand what is the best movements and stretches suited to me. She is patient and kind and makes me feel so comfortable every single time - I always leave feeling refreshed. I couldn't recommend Ananda wellbeing enough - yoga is a great way to relax whether it's on a morning before the day ahead or in the evening when you want to unwind. Middlesbrough has gained a treasure in having such a great facility in such a prime location.
