Recieved a gift voucher for Christmas to go here. Could not book a half day spa online as it was under renovation. Called several times, sent text messages and emails asking when it would be open. Ended up driving out there to book in person. The reception was abandoned and in a state of neglect. There was even a rusting car there. Guess I will never know now if it was any good

My friend and I booked a half day meditation session and were told to meet at the meeting point where we would follow cars to the actual location. Due to the road being winding, single lane, double line and a cyclist in front of us, we couldn't keep up with the cars and missed a turn. We turned around and went up the street the others had gone but couldn't find anyone or knew where to go. No one picked up the phone. Keep in mind that we weren't that far behind, the drive would have been maybe 10 mins total. We pulled over to find the location and my car slid into a ditch with half of it in the air. At no point did anyone from the retreat contact us or come back for us. It was almost 9.30am, 30 mins after the session started, before a stranger helped get my car out. I would have thought that given we had met with the hosts and were under their guidance and care that someone would have noticed and come back to find us or at least call us. Absolutely nothing! After we got out of the ditch, we searched for the location and it was so close so we were able to drive there in minutes and at the end of the driveway, there was a roped off area to reception with a muddy road and no where to walk or park my car. We again tried calling and nothing. By that time we saw it as a sign from the universe that this company did not want us to partake in the meditation and it was causing us more stress by being there, totally against the point of going to meditation! We were abandoned by this company and even though I texted them after to let them know what happened and asking for a refund, we have not heard anything at all. It's been over a week. Why would they care, they already have our money. Total disregard for any duty of care and against what they claim to believe in - wellness, destressing and "gaining knowledge for a healthy, prosperous and meaningful life". This made us stressed and now I have damage to my car which, wouldn't have happened if someone had even made sure we were following and not going off without us. So disappointing.

Had the most amazing time here with my best friend for our birthday self care weekend. We booked for the 4 hour spa package. It is easily the best relaxing spa retreat we’ve ever experienced. The tree house is gorgeous from the architecture incorporating natural structures to the interior design and the full body bath downstairs which we spent hours relaxing in and listened to the birds and the insects. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff and service cannot be faulted. You can certainly see the effort that’s been put in to make us feel so so special. Thank you Amanda, you are wonderful, so kind/caring and just a beautiful soul x. We are definitely coming back to stay at the eco tree house, attend all the workshops and get pampered again. Definitely ANANDA ☺️
