Went to Amplifon in Fitzroy street Cambridge in August 2017 for a hearing test and to try some hearing aids. The reception i received was very friendly and courteous. On Several occasions i was seen by the Branch Manager and Audiologist Miss Divyashree Mysore Sampath. I cannot praise her enough for the care ,understanding of my hearing problem and her good manner and patience. I can highly recommend going to Amplifon in Cambridge for your hearing Aids where you will get excellent service. Alan Brown Newmarket Suffolk

2/ 5

I was told I had to clear my ear wax first and that they sold some olive oil spray for that - at £6. When I said I would use ordinary olive oil I was told they wouldn’t recommend that . When I asked why, I was told ‘we just wouldn’t recommend it’. I find that unsatisfactory, and I doubt I will return to them, as a result. I didn’t buy their spray.
