On Several occasions i was seen by the Branch Manager and Audiologist Miss Divyashree Mysore Sampath. 2/ 5

I was told I had to clear my ear wax first and that they sold some olive oil spray for that - at £6. When I said I would use ordinary olive oil I was told they wouldn’t recommend that . When I asked why, I was told ‘we just wouldn’t recommend it’. I find that unsatisfactory, and I doubt I will return to them, as a result. I didn’t buy their spray.
