Amber Windows wolverhampton

Had our windows fitted today, absolutely love them.The standard of the windows is brilliant. The fitters were great, very polite and got on with the job quickly and professionally. I would definitely go back to them for any work needed in the future.

MRS GILLIAN BILL Fantastic job. Workmen Julian and Steve were very efficient and courteous. They were very careful and protected all my carpets and flooring even though the weather was horrendous and rained solid for 3 days. Very pleased with windows and doors. Steve and Jules worked well as a team and their commitment to doing a first class job was apparent. They were polite and informative and based on the calibre of these two guys I would recommend Amber Windows to friends and family. Good job guys

We had 2 doors fitted yesterday and they are great.. Duncan was very efficient and friendly. He certainly knew his job even cleaned up after himself. AVOID AVOID AVOID - THIS IS A SEXIST COMPANY THAT SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!!!!!!!! If I could give this company no stars, I would! I had a cold call at a development I'm doing in Wolverhampton and the lad seemed nice enough so I thought I would give them the chance to quote - I am a company Director of 4 companies, 3 of which are property investment and development companies. When they called to arrange the appointment, they asked if my husband was going to be present. I said that my husband has nothing to do with my developments in the same way that I have nothing to do with his job! They said that they couldn't quote if he wasn't there so I told them that I no longer wanted the quote. They have phoned me several times since and I have asked them politely, on every occasion, to take me off their database as there is no way that I would do business with a sexist company. On this mornings call, he was very rude and tried to justify why me husband needed to be there. I told them again to take me off their database at which point he continued to argue his point. In the end, I had to put the phone down on him while he was still ranting! Such a shame as I tried to give them a chance. My advice would be to not even open the door to them - one of the WORST COMPANIES I have ever come across!!!

Great customer service. Just popped in on the impulse and asked for a quote. Had a Front door and 7 windows fitted. A little more in price but Better quality than independents. In the long run, I won't have to spend again to get them changed. Really happy

This company is a joke prices are extremely inflated and outrageous Tried to quote £2800+ for a back door and side panel. And that was after coming down from 4000+. Also was quoted 6000+ for flat roof on small extention. Got my whole house roof done for 4k with insulation so don't know where they were going with these prices. Sales team are constant ringing back and forth to the office too, its like watching a panto.

I would have given Amber windows no stars but I can't. I spent a lot of money on having all my windows and doors replaced by them. That was my first mistake I made. As I was spending a lot of money I expected good quality products and good work manship and that was my second mistake. The whole thing was a mess as within a couple of things started the break including window locks and they had fitted a faulty front door which was bowed like a banana letting in the wind when it was blowing which I then incurred extra heating bill just to keep my house warm which wasn't easy. Bits and pieces kept breaking even when they were replaced. I was told several times by the company that someone would come out which they did but when they fixed numerous things they had every excuse going and even admitting it wasn't up to standard. After about 3 years my front door hasn't been replaced even after I was promised at least 5 times it would sorted and I'm still having things go wrong. The customer service and aftercare is disgusting and I would not recommend this company to fit your windows

DON’T WORK HERE This company is a bit funny. The people there are good to work with easy to get along with, had a right laugh on some days. But as a whole I don’t agree with the morals of the company and found it quite offensive that they have a policy against the Asian community ? I was out canvassing with a more experienced member and was informed to stay away from asian households all together because apparently they’re harder customers to deal with. On my first day I noticed the management team were almost hesitant to tell me about the policy knowing that I might get offended. I didn’t say anything at that time but I took offence to it 100% I don’t agree with the fact that a whole customer base should be written off purely because maybe a few people are harder to deal with than others. Any other house we went to we were able to get lead cards filled in with customer details etc. But if an Asian customer wanted a free quote meeting all they were given was a leaflet and a number to call. Worst of all we would completely miss out these houses and I was even moved to another area entirely due to the area I was canvassing having “too many Asians” so they moved us. So not only are the companies morals a bit backwards. The work isn’t for everybody. £50 incentive for each lead booking just isn’t enough considering the amount of work it takes to achieve that especially when the weather is terrible. I found myself completely soaked in the rain and still had to do my job. The £30 base salary for turning up isn’t enough either, again the amount of work it takes to do canvassing just isn’t worth it to me. So overall it’s not the people that I didn’t enjoy the company of, it’s the company as a whole. Wouldn’t recommend working here I’d only suggest it as a last resort especially if you are of Ethnic background.
